节能减排—论复合碳素材料

摘    要:复合碳素材料是基于清洁型煤工艺和碳素生产工艺特点发明的一项环保产品,其中的关键工序炭化生产工艺为国家创新技术,炭化工艺技术采用利用自身挥发分燃烧发热,环保、节能。试验表明,以焦粉为主要原料制备出的复合碳素材料能取代电石生产中广泛使用的高价、高质量的焦炭。该产品在电石生产中推广应用,可大大降低焦炭的使用量,减少能耗(节约国家粘结煤资源),提高生产效率,降低生产成本;可改善生产环境,减少电石生产过程中的污染物排放。

Abstract:The complex carbonic material is a manufacture of environmental protection which based on the technology of cleanly coal and carbonic material. The key working procedure is to carbonize, which is belong to the nationality innovation technology and burn to engender quantity of heat with self volatile. Therefore it is energy saving and environmental protective. The testing result of indicate that the complex carbonic material can replace the coke which is used abroad in producing of the calcium carbide. If the Complex Carbonic Material is used popular in producing of the calcium carbide, we will reduce obviously the use of the coke, save the energy, advance production efficiency and cut down the cost. In the same time, we will improve working condition and reduce the contamination emitting of.
