| Abstract: | The study of population-economy system should start with the population system,and at the same time,every sub-system should be analysed and synthesized.As to the study of population system,we should emphasize the control of population quantity and the improvement of its quality,especially,the cultural quality,which guarantees the transformation of science and technology into production so as to promote ultimately thedevelopment of society and economy. |
