Abstract:Adult small white mice are used for the experiment. This paper studies the distribution of nickel accumulation in the viscera of mice under different conditions and the influence of copper, iron and selenium to the accumulation of nickel. The results show that the accumulation of various species of nic kel in the viscera of small white mice is different, the accumulation of inorganic nickel is apparently higher than that of organic nickel. Copper and iron have synergistic effect to the accumulation while selenium has antagonistic effect.
