| Abstract: | Safe condition argument is the basis of step-up examination, safety permission, surreillance management and scientific decision-making of choosing item address for building, rebailding and expandly items. The writing of safe condition argument is the innovation of the theories and methods of the safety evaluation. How to draw up safe condition argument accurately is a new problem which needs to be disscussed by construction unit, safety technical servics and safety administration organization. |
