摘    要:研究了两种不同价态的重金属铬对小球藻和发光细菌的毒性作用,比较了Cr6+和Cr3+的毒性大小及对两种海洋生物的敏感性。分别使用标准方法检测了Cr6+和Cr3+对小球藻和发光细菌的急性毒性效应。结果表明,Cr3+对小球藻的毒性在短期内比Cr6+大,但最终转变为Cr6+的毒性大于Cr3+,说明Cr6+较Cr3+稳定。Cr6+对发光细菌的毒性大于Cr3+,且Cr3+的其它典型抑制效应值之间的变化大于Cr6+的变化,说明发光细菌指示Cr3+较Cr6+敏感。Cr6+和Cr3+对发光细菌的毒性效应拟合效果较小球藻好,并且发光细菌测定周期短,因此可认为发光细菌更适合作为监测重金属铬的生物标志物。

Abstract:The toxicity effects of two different valence of heavy metal chromium on Chlorella and luminous bacteria were studied.The toxicity of the chromium(Cr6+ and Cr3+) and the sensitivity of two kinds of marine organisms were compared.They will provide a theoretical basis for the development preventive measures of the management and have the important reference value of both in heavy metal emissions and treatment.The acute toxic effects of chromium(Cr6+and Cr3+) on Chlorella and luminous bacteria were studied using the standard method.The research showed that the toxicity of Cr3+ to Chlorella was bigger than Cr6+ in the short term but it was changed to Cr6+ was bigger than Cr3+ at last.It can be explained that Cr6+ was more stable than Cr3+.On the other hand,the toxicity of Cr6+ for luminous bacteria was bigger than Cr3+ and the other typical inhibition values of Cr3+ was changed more quickly than that of Cr6+.It was due to the toxicity of Cr3+ for the luminous bacteria was more sensitive than Cr6+.The fitting effects of Cr6+ and Cr3+ for the luminous bacteria were better than that of Chlorella and the determination cycle of the luminous bacteria was shorter than Chlorella.Hence,it could be as a biomarker of heavy metal Cr pollution.
