摘    要:分别以浓度、温度、接种量、通气量和表面活性剂为降解调控因子,采用平板记数法进行了生物泥浆反应器中微生物数量变化与PAHs降解的关系研究。结果表明:土壤中细菌数量与PHE、PY投加浓度呈显著正相关。PHE、PY初始浓度越高,细菌数量越大。此外,反应器的温度对微生物生长速度和数量有重要影响。反应器温度为30℃时对细菌迅速繁殖有利,反应器温度为20℃时对真菌生长繁殖有利。接种量为5%即可明显提高PHE和

Abstract:Taking concentra tion, temperature, inoculation amount,aeration and surfactant as regulation factors and by plate account (CFU) method to account t he microbes, the study on the variation of microbes amount and its relations wi th the degradation of PAHs in the bio-slurry reactor is conducted. Results indic ated that the bacteria amount in soil was positive related with the concentratio n of phenanthrene and pyrene spiked. The higher the initial content of phenanth rene and pyrene in soil, the higher the bacteria in amount. In addition, temp erature in reactor played an important role on the rapid growing of microbes. Te mperature in 30℃ benefited the fast growing of bacteria and in 20℃ benefited t he rapid growth of fungi. Inoculation amount in 5% can increase the degradation rate of phenanthrene and pyrene. This study also showed that aeration amount wa s negative related with the bacteria amount and positive related with fungi's as well as the degradation rates of phenanthrene and pyrene, which illustrated th at aerated condition benefited the growing of fungi. Fungi and aeration's contr ol played an important role for the rapid degradation of phenanthrene and pyren e. Surfactant spiked in the concentration of w=50~200 mg kg-1 can pro mote both the degradation of phenanthrene and pyrene, especially for pyrene. Tab 8, Ref 7
