| 摘 要： | HSE(健康、安全、环境)管理体系已发展成为国际石油石化行业通用的管理体系,中国石油逐步推行HSE管理体系,不断探索和实践。文章从环境影响评价与石油企业HSE管理体系的相互关联入手,分析将环境影响评价应用于HSE管理体系建设的可行性,认为企业的环境管理应与环境影响评价工作充分结合,以提高企业管理的效率和效益,推动企业长远发展。

The Application of Environmental Impact Assessment in HSE Management System |

| Abstract: | HSE(Health,Safety and Environment) management system has becom the general management system implemented in international petroleum and petrochemical industry.Petrochina progressively conducts the implementation of HSE management system and continuously makes exploration and practice.This article starts from the interrelation of environmental impact assessment and HSE management system in oil companies,conducts feasibility analysis of employing environmental impact assessment in HSE management system,and draws the following conclusion: to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business management and promote long-term development of the enterprises,we should fully integrate environmental management with environmental impact assessment. |
