THE ANALYSIS OF PURIFICATION PROCESS OF THE TAIL GAS FROM STEEL SLAG WATER QUENCHING BY BSSF ROLLER METHOD

Aiming at the characteristics as high humidity,intermittence,big volatility,small size of dust particle etc of the tail gas from steel slag water quenching by BSSF roller method,it was proposed combined process of swirling spray dusting and self-stimulated wet dusting.And it was demonstrated the dedusting effect of the process by the specific engineering examples and combined with the theory analysis and numerical simulation.The results show that the size of particulates can be increased.adopting aerosol two-phase gun to spray in the pipe at the front of the dust removal equipment,and through the collision between subtle motes and droplets.When the pipeline section average wind speeds are 5 m/s,and cylinder entrance and pipeline section area ratio is around 4,the liquid-gas ratio is not less than 0.7,the purification process can achieve dedusting requirements.
