| 摘 要： | 本文运用决策理论,系统工程方法和信息论原理,将经济、资源、人口、环境作为一个大系统,以国家1987年投入产出表为基础,建立国家多部门中长期环境经济计量模型,对各种污染物进行了产生量、治理量、排放量及治理投资进行了研究。整个决策过程以人-机对话的方式实现。

| Abstract: | A national medium term to long term multi-departmental environmental economic quantified model is established, based on the principles of the decision theory, the information theory, the systems engineering and the National Input-output Chart (1987). The paper also introduces the study on the waste generating loads, waste treating loads, waste discharge loads and investment for the treatment. All the decision process is achieved by man-machine communication. |
