On the process of negotiating a joint venture

Abstract:Using a joint venture negotiation as an example, the negotiation process is examined from a very practical point of view. The background, the objectives and the planning and strategy for a negotiation are examined and suggestions are offered on the 'dos and don'ts' to follow during the negotiation process.
