| 摘 要： | 本文以动态的观点，根据灾害发生的不确定性以及未来各时间内，净现金流量发生的不确定性，将整个现金流量过程看作是一个随同过程，提出计算模型，达到相对正确地、动态地估算出平均防灾工程投资折现值，从而对防灾工程投资的经济效益作出正确评价。

| Abstract: | In the face of uncertainty of disaster events, it is natural to think of cash flows as being a stochastic process, with the present value of disaster resistant investment being a random variable. With appropriate assumptions about the stochastic process, it is convenient to calculate the expected present value of disaster resistant investment. Concerned methods are derived and illustrated by examples. |
