A New Infrared Micromanometer for Detection of CO Conentrations |

| Abstract: | A new infared micromanometer for detection of CO gas concentration is reported.The main characteristics of the gas analyzer like :(1)the pressure difference between two copper containers,which was correlated with the absorption difference of infrared light between two detection rooms,is detected directhy by a double-compensation precision manoneter;and (2)the concentration of the analysis,transformed fron the pressure difference through a uniprocessor,is shown by a digital displayer. |
