| 摘 要： | 对加工过程中影响凸凹模具制造精度的因素进行了深入仔细的研究。尤其对于小间隙模具的制造,就如何提高制造工艺水平,保证加工质量等,提出了一些独到见解。在硅钢片凸凹模具制造特点及工艺分析的基础上,针对生产实际的具体情况,解决了硅钢片凸凹模具在制造过程中的技术难题。

| Abstract: | Factors influencing concave mould manufacturing precision in the processing. How to raise the manufacture technology standard are carefully researched,and guaranty the process quality etc have been analysed,some original views are puts forward especially for manufacturing of the small interval mould .The difficult technic problems in the manufacturing of silicon steel board raised hollow mould are solved based on the analysis of the manufacturing characteristics and technology of silicon steel board raised hollow mould and in connection with the production reality.The technology analysis in cutting process priovides to mould manufacturing person, the basis of the problem met in manufacturing. |
