生态混凝土净化生活污水的机理探讨

制作两种不同材料的混凝土试块,一种由普通硅酸盐水泥与粗砂制备;另一种由复合硅酸盐水泥与粗砂制备。用这两种混凝土试块分别在厌氧、半好氧与好氧条件下进行污水处理试验。所用的污水采自某污水处理厂的进水口,其成分以生活污水为主。净化试验结果表明,生态混凝土对污水的吸附作用及其固液相间的离子交换作用很小,混凝土对污水的净化效果主要是依靠混凝土表面生长的微生物对污水中有机组分的降解作用实现的。含有混凝土试件的反应器对污水的净化效果都要优于无混凝土试件的反应器,这说明利用生态混凝土对污水的净化效果要好于单纯仅对污水的曝气。试验结果还显示,在充分给氧条件下,由复合水泥所制备的混凝土试件对污水的净化效果要明显优于由普通水泥和粗砂所制备的混凝土试件。

Mechanism of Domestic Sewage Treatment by Eco-concrete

Two different kinds of cement were used to make concrete sample,with one made from Portland cement and coarse sand,and the other made from composite cement and coarse sand. The concrete samples were used to treat sewage water gathered from inflow path of a wastewater treatment plant which is mainly consisted of domestic sewage. Experimental results showed that the effect of adsorption and ion exchange were weak in sewage water purification by eco-concrete. Purification effect of domestic sewage by eco-concrete was mainly depended on biodegradation of organic matter by microorganism on the surface of eco-concrete. The effect of wastewater treatment in experimental devices with concrete samples was obvious better than that in the experimental devices without concrete,which indicated that the effect of wastewater treatment by eco-concrete was better than only aeration to wastewater. Results also showed that the effect of sewage water treatment by concrete samples made from composite cement and coarse sand was better than that by concrete samples made from Portland cement and coarse sand under sufficient aeration.
