| 摘 要： | 采用酚二磺酸分光光度法与紫外分光光度法对同一标准溶液及水中硝酸盐氮含量进行对比实验。紫外分光光度实验数据相对误差在允许范围内,且具有灵敏度高、操作简单、化学试剂少等优点。
