摘    要:提出了低含盐、负硬度油田采出水和高含盐、非碳酸盐硬度油田采出水回用于热采蒸汽发生器的工艺路线。在实验室的研究重点为:1.采出水的活性炭深度脱油;2.低含盐、负硬度油田采出水的石灰软化一离子交换树脂脱硬度;3.高含盐、非碳酸盐硬度油田采出水石灰-纯碱软化-离子交换树脂脱硬度。

Abstract:The treatment techniques of two kinds of produced oil wastewater as steam generator feed water are suggested. The laboratory studies mainly included that: first, using active carbon to remove deeply oil from the produced wastewater; second, using lime and ionexchange resin to remove hardness from the produced wastewater that contains low concentration salt and negative hardness; third, using limesoda ash and ion exchange resin to remove hardness from the produced wastewater that contains high concentration salt and non carbonate hardness.
