Summarization of Present Building Energy Consumption and Corresponding Strategies

The present situation and characteristics of building energy consumption in China have been analyzed in this article. Then, some concrete measures to cut down the energy consumption in building have been put forward. At the same time, some important viewpoints are listed as so： in terms of the means to consume the energy, energy conservation in heating should be the most important part in building energy conservation; as to the course of energy consumption, the dynamic energy conservation during the running course should be the key chain; To improve the efficiency of energy exchange is considered the center aim according to the essential of energy utilization, which would promote the building energy conservation in new situation.
