Development and Application of Environmental Monitoring Management System

Taking the monitoring process of Zhengzhou Environmental Monitoring Central Station as an example , from the aspects of technological route, structural design of a system, analysis of systemic function and technological realization, this article analyzes and introduces the features and technological problems that should be resolved in the development of the management system for the secondary station. It also approaches the foundation of a design scheme based on B/S Mode, J2EE technological structre, the data mode combining concentration and distribution, creative assembling mode, Oracle 9i database, intermediary and poly-system structure.
