Advance in Studies of Theory and Numerical Method of Population Carrying Capacity

In the studies of regional sustainable development.population carrying capacity is considered to be the first and most practical problem,as well as the important prerequisite of realizing the sustainable development of population.the sustainable utilization of resources and the positive eyeling of ecoenvironment. From the resources and environment point of view and associating with the demography.the advances of the theories and numerical methods in the studies of population carrying capacity are reviewed. and the drawbacks of them as well as the trends of the forther studies are pointed out,which provided the scientific theory and basis for regional sustainable development.
