| 摘 要： | 嘉陵江流域地理环境特殊，洪水频发，且多发生在四川盆地段，对该段流域人民的生产生活构成很大威胁，了解嘉陵江流域洪水的规律和形成原因．并进一步探讨防洪措施，将有利于对流域的综合治理，减少洪灾损失。

| Abstract: | Because of the particular geographical environment of the drainage area of the Jialing river,the flood takes place frequently,especially in the section of Sichuan basin and imperils the people's life and production.Understanding the law and causes of flood in Jailing river basin and probing into flood control measures are helpful for the flood control and hazard reduction in a comprehensive way. |
