微生物絮凝剂改善污泥脱水性能的研究

摘    要:从活性污泥中筛选出一株微生物絮凝剂产生菌,该菌在优化培养条件下所产微生物絮凝剂命名为M-127。将M-127用于污泥脱水,并与聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝以及硫酸铝进行脱水效果对比。试验结果表明,M-127投加量为2mg/L时,污泥沉降性能得到明显改善;该絮凝剂用于污泥脱水的最佳条件是:40mg/LM-127,pH=6.5;在此条件下污泥比阻(SSR)可降至4.71×1010m/kg,脱水率可达96.3%,效果优于PAC、PAM以及Al(2SO)43。

Abstract:A new kind of flocculants -producing bacteria was isolated from activated sludge,and microbial flocculants produced by the strain under the optimal culture conditions was named M-127,which was used to improve the dewatering capability of sludge,and compared with PAM,PAC and Al(2SO)43. Results showed that settling capability of the sludge could be improved when M-127 dose was 2mg/L. Under the optimal dewatering conditions of microbial flocculants M-127 dose 40mg/L and pH 6.5,the resulting dewatering percentage reached 96.3%,greater than individual dose of PAM,PAC and Al(2SO4)3.
