凝结水对锅炉及管道的腐蚀与防护研究

蒸汽凝结水硬度低、含热量高,具有较高的回收利用价值。但由于在生产及回收过程中吸收了溶解氧及二氧化碳,再加上凝结水中存在的可溶性盐类,容易对锅炉及管道造成腐蚀。如果通过科学的监测及合理的排污、加入防腐药剂以及调整pH值等方法措施加强管理,不仅可以避免锅炉设备及管道的腐蚀,而且可以节约用水、降低能耗,有利于企业经济效益的增加和生产效率的提高。

Study on Corrosion and Protection of Condensing Water to Boiler and Pipeline

The steam congealment hardness of water is low,the heat content is high,has the high recycling use value.But because in produced and in the recycling process has absorbed the dissolved oxygen and the carbon dioxide,in addition in the condensing water existed the soluble salts,easily created the corrosion to the boiler and the pipeline.If through the science monitor and the reasonable pollution discharge,joins the anticorrosion medicament as well as adjusts method measures and so on pH value to strengthen the management,not only may avoid the boiler equipment and pipeline's corrosion,moreover may the economize on water,reduce the energy consumption,is advantageous in business economic benefit increase with the production efficiency enhancement.
