戊唑醇残留分析方法实验室内质量控制研究

摘    要:文章确立了小麦、香蕉中戊唑醇残留检测方法,小麦样品加水10 mL用丙酮为萃取溶剂,石油醚液液分配,中性氧化铝柱层析净化,用气相色谱(GC-NPD)检测。香蕉样品加水5 mL用丙酮为萃取溶剂,石油醚液液分配,浓缩后用气相色谱(GC-NPD)检测。分别设置不同时间批次,同一批次间的平行样及实验室内人员分析,分别从方法灵敏度、方法准确度、方法精密度及其质量控制图、标准工作液的稳定性来探讨该方法的可靠性,结果表明该方法可以作为香蕉和小麦种戊唑醇残留检测的标准分析方法。

Abstract:A residue analysis method was established for Tebuconazole.After mechanical oscillating extracted twice with 10mL acetone in wheat,remove impurities by liquid-liquid partition.Samples extraction was clean up with column,which added neutral Al2O3,then concentrated to be ready for detection with GC-NPD.While mechanical oscillating extracted twice with 30mL acetone,adding 5mL water in banana,then by liquid-liquid partition twice to remove impurities.The samples were concentrated to be ready for detection with GC-NPD.0.025 mg/kg,0.05 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg of tebuconzole in spiked banana and wheat were analysed by different analysts in inter-laboratory.Validation of the method was assured by accuracy,linearity,precision,sensitivity,specificity,recovery,reproducibility,stabilization of Tebuconazole standard working solution.The results showed they all met the need of the pesticide residue analysis.
