| Abstract: | 〈The development strategy of circular economy and recent action plan〉 presents new requirements to various industrial parks about the promotion of circulation reform and the low-carbon circular development. As the fifth state-level new development area all over the nation and the first one in the northwest of China, Lanzhou New District, which is approved by the State Council, is unique for it is established for the circular economy park at the beginning. |
