| 摘 要： | 基层林业站是开展林业社会化服务的主体,加强和促进林业站社会化服务体系建设,对发展和壮大“三农”经济、改变山区贫穷落后面貌、引导林农脱贫致富奔小康作用重大.从林业站开展社会化服务原则、服务主要措施、服务保障手段三个层面,对新时期基层林业站转变职能,加强社会化服务体系进行探讨,希望能对新的经济形势下林业站开展社会化服务提供参考.参6. |
