| Abstract: | Environmental impact assessment of Chemical industry projects should strictly enforce the laws,regulations and guide rule,and combined with business characteristics to carry out specific regulations and norms.In the assessment process,it should ensure the reliability of data and the feasibility of measures,expound the project whether conform to cleaner production or not,propose preventive measures in the accident risk assessment,and finally put forward the requirements for toxic waste treatment. |
