| Abstract: | According to the operation features of petroleum plants, some problems are analyzed and investigated which are the risks and safety controls of static electricity operation in some works with explosion risks. Some practical and available safety control measures are suggested based on the attempts of flow velocity control, ground connection, static electricity scatter, and static electricity protection of body. |
