| 摘 要： | 为提高石化企业突发事件应急处置效率,最大限度降低或减少事故的损失,基于石化企业突发事件应急管理,根据大数据云平台及石化企业突发事件的突发性、紧急性和破坏性等特点,探讨了大数据云平台在石化企业突发事件应急管理中的应用。分析显示:大数据云平台的应用有助于提高石化企业突发事件应急管理效率、节省成本和减少损失,旨在为有关需要提供参考。

| Abstract: | Aiming at improvement of emergent response efficiency and minimizing or reducing the loss of the accidents,the application of big data and cloud platform was discussed according to the various characteristics of the accidents and the related emergency management of petrochemical enterprises.The research shows that the application of the big data cloud platform is helpful to improve the efficiency,save costs and reduce losses for emergency management of petrochemical enterprises. |
