铁碳微电解法预处理染料废水的研究

摘    要:采用铁碳微电解法对颜料的实际生产废水进行降解研究。结果表明,pH值为3,铁碳比为1:2,反应时间120 min,曝气的条件下,染料废水的处理效果最好,色度去除达到80%以上,COD的去除率也超过50%以上,可生化性由0.21提高到0.43。

Abstract:The Fe-C micro-electrolysis process was used to treat the actual production of dye wastewater.The result showed that when the condition of micro-electrolysis was controlled at pH value 3,he volume ratio of Fe/C is 1:2,reaction time was 120 minutes,aeration conditions,dye wastewater was treated efficiently.The typical values of removal rate of color and COD were over 80% and about 53% respectively.And BOD5/CODcr increased from 0.21 to 0.43,which makes the dye wastewater be of benefit to following biochemistry process.
