摘    要:随着测量不确定度被广泛认识,相关的文献也随之增多。但文献中更多地讨论了相关的理论知识和评定程序,而评定实例很少。本文采用实验室内部的非标准方法《土壤中甲萘威残留量的液相色谱测定方法》测定土壤中的甲萘威残留量。通过对影响测定结果的不确定度分量的分析和量化,求出被测量的标准不确定度,给出各分量对测定结果不确定度的相对贡献,对测定结果进行了表述。对实际土壤样品中的甲萘威残留量进行了测定,得到甲萘威农药残留量的拓展不确定度为0.20μg/g,k=2。

Abstract:With wide understanding of measurement uncertainty,more and more articles were reported.But they were focus on academic knowledge and evaluation procedure,not giving examples of evaluation.The uncertainty of measurement in determination of carbaryl residue in soil by HPLC was evaluated according to the method for determination of pesticide residue in soil by HPLC.According to the analysis and quantification of the components of uncertainty,the standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were calculated.This article gives the determination of practical soil sample and the expanded uncertainty of carbaryl residue is 0.20μg/g,k=2.
