| Abstract: | With the process of urbanization and industrialization,as well as the development of environmental protection,pollution control facilities were transformed and upgraded.This paper,taking Qiqihaer as an example,discusses how to strengthen construction and management of the facilities with the characteristics of the city and river in cold region. |
