生态农业综合效益评价指标体系及其应用

生态农业的效益包括经济、生态和社会三方面的各项指标。衡量生态农业的效益,不能只看某一两项指标,而要从系统整体的结构和功能去看,因此需要进行综合的评价。对三大效益的评价,要有可比的量化标准,评价指标的变量来源应在现有统计制度的基础上,易于调查、测定、补充,使之具有较强的可操作性,才有普遍的应用意义。

Appraise Target System of Comprehensive Benefical Results on the Eco-agricultural and Its Application

The benefits of eco-agriculture include various indixes in three respocts of economic,ecologic and soci-ty.Evaluating the results of eco-agriculture is not only by some target,but to appriase it from the structureand function of the whole sysetm.Therefore,to carry out a comprehensive evaluation is neecessary.To appraise the three benefits of eco-agriculture must be have a comparative quantitative standard.Butthe varity of the appriasal index has to get from the present statistics institution.In this basis,investigation,survey and supplement will be easy.So these indixes operating are strong that it has universal significance.As a result ,this report is applicating and revising the comprehensive appraisal target system into prac-tice of eco-agricultural contruction.This system had been suggested by author five years ago.The principlesand methods for establish this appraisal target system is induced in detail.The practical effects in MianzhuCounty also reported in this paper.
