摘    要:的MCllvaine缓冲溶液(pH4.9)中,苦味酸有良好的示波极谱峰和微分脉冲极谱峰,其3个峰的电位于-0.22V、-0.33V和-0.4V(SCE),或于-0.21V、-0.31V和-0.40V(银/氯化银)。线性测定的浓度范围为0.005~2.00mg/1,最小检出浓度为0.1ng/ml,平均回收率为99.7%。方法操作简便,可用于水和废水的测定。

Abstract:Using Mcllvaine buffer solution (pH 4.9), picric acid gave well. shaped wave with three peaks appeared at -0.22v, -0.33v and -0.43v (vs.SCE), or at -0.21v,-0.31vand-0.40v (vs. Ag/AgCl). An excellent Linear relationship between current peak and concentration was obtained over the rang of 0.05-2.00 mg/l. The detection Limit was 0.1 mg/l. The test results of reproducibility were 95-105%, average value was 99.7%.
