摘    要:以核电站核污染扩散预警技术为研究对象,基于环保指挥自动化系统C4ISRE,通过整合WRF、HYSPLIT、Unidata IDV、AGI STK、Arc GIS系统等构建核污染扩散单一合成图SIP(Single Integrated Picture),并通过SIP对核污染扩散进行详细分析,进而实现对核污染应急处置的制信息权。研究表明:当研究区实际的天气系统具备了本例模拟的气象特征时,即主体风向为局部区域东北风3~4级,局部区域西北风6~7级,发生与日本福岛核事故同样等级的事故,12个小时后,受影响的居民区主要为谢屯镇、炮台镇、李店镇、普兰店市、无名区1。其中,炮台镇的大部分区域浓度为10 Pbq,面积为2.66 km 2,东北方向部分区域浓度为100 Pbq,面积为0.03 km~2;普兰店市西南部区域浓度为10 Pbq,面积为8.00 km~2,东北部区域浓度为100 Pbq,面积为0.033 km 2;李店镇东北区域浓度为1 Pbq,面积为0.93km~2;无名区1南部区域浓度为1 Pbq,面积为4.50 km~2。

Abstract:In this paper, early warning technology for atmospheric nuclear pollution diffusion was taken as the study target. Single Integrated Picture (SIP) of atmospheric nuclear pollutant transportation was researched on the basis of an environmental protection commanding automatic system named C4ISRE by integration of WRF, HYSPLIT, Unidata IDV ,AGI STKand ArcGIS. Then, information dominance of emergency response of nuclear accidents was captured by the detailed analysis of SIP. The results showed that when the actual weather system of the study area had the same meteorological characteristics as this experiment, that was, the local northeaster and northwester winds were Level 3~4 and 6~7 respectively, and an accident of the same level as the Japan's Fukushima nuclear accident, the residential districts mainly affected after 12 hours were Xietun Town, Paotai Town, Lidian Town, Pulandian City and a nameless area. The concentration of most area of Patai Town was 10 Pbq with the area of 2.6622km and that of some area in the northeast was 100 Pbq with the area of 0.03 km; that of the southwest area of Pulandian City was 2210 Pbq with the area of 8.00 km and that of the northeast area was 100 Pbq with the area of 0.033 km; that of the northeast area of 22Lidian Town was 1 Pbq with the area of 0.93 km; and that of the south area of the nameless area was 1 Pbq with the area of 4.50 km.
