摘    要:文章基于废铅蓄电池的环境健康风险和收集利用价值,分析了我国废铅蓄电池收集利用现状及存在的主要问题,并从打击非法犯罪行为、完善法规制度、推进再生铅行业升级换代、加强宣传教育、建设公共信息服务平台等方面,提出了提升我国废铅蓄电池收集利用污染防治水平的建议。

Abstract:In this paper, on the basis of the environmental health risk and recycling value of waste lead-acid battery, analysis is performed with focus on the current situation and main problems of recycling and utilization. Then, recommendations of the against illegal or criminal act, perfect laws and regulations, promotion of the upgrading of renewable lead industry, strengthening of publicity and education and construction of the information service platform for public are proposed for improving the level of pollution prevention and control of waste lead-acid battery recycling and utilization in China.
