| 摘 要： | 生态环境建设是西部大开发中的基本政策,在中央支持下取得了可喜成绩。但在局部地区也存在不符合当地自然条件盲目种树种草现象,最终可能导致生态环境受破坏,影响当地经济的持续发展。同时还存在着忽视了洪水对土地侵蚀的治理,盲目筑坝,破坏胡杨林自然保护区生态环境的现象。

| Abstract: | The ecological environmental construction is a policy in West Development,which under the support of the Party Centrial Committee has got a great achivement,but there also exists appearance of blindly growing grass and tree,finally causes ecological environment being destroyen and influences sustainable development.And there still exists appearance in ignorance of harnessing of serious soil erosion,blindly damming and destroying econological environment of Populus euphratica forest Natural Protection Zone. |
