摘    要:"分配影响区"概念是对传统混合区概念和使用的一次重要补充和修正,它更强调水环境规划中.综合考虑、统筹安排"的重要性,是水环境保护的一个有力工具.但在我国尚未有相关研究和使用的介绍.在研究相关文献的基础上,详细讨论了分配影响区和所涉及的"环境价值"、"保护水平"等一些重要概念的意义和使用.并通过分配计算实例说明其在水环境规划中的应用.由于此方法是对水体进行综合化和定量化管理的一个有效手段,建议我国尽快开展相关方面的研究工作.

Abstract:The concept of "Allocated Impact Zone" is an important complement and correction for the conventional "mixing zone" concept.It emphasizes "comprehensive consideration and integral arrangement" in water environment planning.The method is a practical tool for water environment protection.However,so far it has not been found to be introduced in Chinese publications.With reference to foreign literatures,the authors particularly discuss the concept of Allocated Impact Zone and important parameters such as "environmental value" and "protection level",and illustrate its application by the example.It is suggested that the method be studied in the near future in China because it is an efficient way to conduct integrated and guantitative management in water environment planning..
