| 摘 要： | 采用四只串联的离子交换柱连接、交替吸附味精生产等电点废母液中残留的谷氨酸，通氨洗脱树脂吸附的谷氨酸，回收谷氨酸生产味精。这一技术可使味精产率提高4．5％，污染物COD排放量削减25％，经济效益和环境效益十分显著。

| Abstract: | By employing four series ion-exchange columns for confinual alternate adsorption residual glutamic acid in equipotential waste mother liquor of monosodium glutamate production and passing ammonia to wash glutamic acid adsorbed by resin, the glutamic acid is recovered to produce monosodium glutamate. By this technique, the monosodium glutamate ratio can be raised 4.5% and 25% COD pollutant discharge is reduced. The economic and environmental effects are very significant. |
