| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是世界经济发展的必然趋势,是我国新时期下应该大力发展的新型经济形式。对目前北京市的经济社会发展所面临的环境问题进行了分析,阐述了发展循环经济,建立循环型经济社会的可能性和必要性,同时提出了相应的对策。
