石化高架火炬污染源的大气环境影响评价要点

摘    要:针对石化企业高架火炬污染源大气环境影响评价中存在的难点与问题,结合现行有关技术导则、工程规范和环境影响评价实践,提出了高架火炬大气环境影响评价的工作内容和评价原则,并对技术难点给出了解决方案,结合案例从环境影响和预测评价、环保措施、平面布置合理性等方面探讨了石化企业高架火炬污染源大气环境影响评价中的要点。

Abstract:Aiming at the difficulties and problems in atmospheric environmental impact assessment of elevated flare pollution sources in petrochemical plants,and according to the current relevant technical guidelines,engineering norms and environmental impact assessment practices,the work contents and evaluation principles of atmospheric environmental impact assessment of elevated flare are put forward systematically,the solution schemes for technical difficulties are proposed,and combined with cases,the key points of atmospheric environmental impact assessment of elevated flare pollution sources in petrochemical plants are discussed in the aspects of environmental impact and forecast evaluation,environmental protection measure,plan layout rationality and so on.
