| 摘 要： | 森林火灾是当今世界上八大自然灾害之一,不仅具有灾害学中所描述的关于自然灾害的一般特性,而且具有自身的特点.本文从自然灾害的属性、特点、基本研究内容和方法等几个方面,论述了灾害学为森林火灾分区分类施治理论提供的理论依据.

| Abstract: | Forest fires are one of the major natural disasters in the earth.Although forest fires are of similar characteristics with general disasters,they have their own characters independent from the others.In this paper,the author summarizes the natural and social attribute,characteristics,main research contents and research methods of the natural disasters.They provide theoretical foundation for the division and classified governance of forest fires. |
