摘    要:为了探索天然蛭石作为湿地基质强化湿地脱氮效果的可行性,将天然蛭石填充有机玻璃,用废水培养挂膜获得生物蛭石,用以去除模拟污水中的氮。试验结果表明:生物蛭石柱对NH4 -N和T-N去除效果显著且稳定。生物蛭石滤柱中是以厌氧氨氧化作用为主的脱氮作用,溶解氧是影响厌氧氨氧化作用的重要因素。

Abstract:Experiments were conducted to investigate the feasibility to use natural vermiculite as fillers in constructed wetlands to enhance the removal rate of N from municple sewage. Bio-films on vermiculite granules in glass service were formed in the pre-treatment with stable wastewater influent. The results indicated that the removal rate of both NH4 -N and T-N in the bio-vermiculite system was significantly higher than that in the control and the effect was stable. Changes in N forms were observed, indicating that the removal of N was an anaerobic ammonia oxidation process. The nitrification intensity of bio-vermiculite was apparently affected by the concentration of dissolved oxygen.
