摘    要:通过添加海藻酸钠包埋菌剂、缓释肥料,并辅以通风工艺及浇水设备建立了修复石油污染土壤的生态堆,对胜利油田一处油泥暂存点的石油污染土壤进行了生态堆修复。修复结果显示:生态堆能高效修复污染土及油泥中的石油烃,一年后,C6~C16的脂肪烃降解至检出限以下,C17~C36的脂肪烃一年内降解率为93.5%,总PAHs的降解率能达到78%以上,但随着PAHs苯环数的增加,降解率呈下降趋势;缓释肥料及包埋菌剂的添加,以及生态堆顶部植物的种植,使生态堆内的环境条件保持较为稳定的状态,为石油烃的降解创造良好的条件。

Abstract:Eco-pile was utilized as a remediation technology on an oil sludge storage site of Shengli oil field to remediate the oil sludge-contaminated soil. The soil was augmented with nutrients and a consortium of petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacteria immobilized in an alginate bead carrier. Perforated drainage pipe was placed across the pile to allow for passive ventilation. The pile was irrigated regularly to keep a suitable humidity. TPH was degraded efficiently in eco-pile. The removal rate of components C6-C16 almost reached 100% with the final concentration after one year remediation not detected. The removal rate of components C17-C36 was 93.5%. The content of 16 PAHs was removed 78% in one year and the removal rate decreased with the number of rings increasing. The quantity of microorganism inside the eco-pile remained stable, which can attribute to the embedding carriers of sodium alginate, slow-release fertilizer and the grass planting on the eco-pile.
