钙基添加剂对燃煤过程多环芳烃排放特征的影响

摘    要:采用小型管式实验炉,研究CaO、CaCO3 2种添加剂在不同用量、不同燃烧温度下对燃煤过程16种多环芳烃(PAHs)排放特征的影响。结果表明,CaO与CaCO3对PAHs具有抑制和吸附作用,CaO、CaCO3分别在Ca/S=3和Ca/S=2时,PAHs总量最少,CaCO3对PAHs的吸附作用优于CaO。当Ca/S=2,CaO、CaCO3分别在温度为750 ℃和850 ℃时,使PAHs总量降低31.05%和32.74%,高温不利于其对PAHs的吸附。不同实验条件下,气固相中不同环数PAHs含量的变化规律与其总量变化规律基本一致。在850 ℃,Ca/S=2时,CaCO3能最大程度地减少16种PAHs毒性当量TEQ。

Abstract:Two different kinds of additives, CaO and CaCO3, were carried out to study the effect of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) emission in coal combustion process at different dosage and different combustion temperature. The results indicated that CaO and CaCO3 could adsorb PAHs and inhibit PAHs emission, and the sorption capacity of CaCO3 is better than that of CaO. When CaO and CaCO3 at 3:1 and 2:1 of Ca-S ratio respectively, the amount of PAHs emission was minimized. At 2:1 of Ca-S ratio, the reduction rate of PAHs emission was up to 31.05% and 32.74% at 750℃ and 850℃, respectively. Under the different combustion conditions, changes of the contents of different ring structure PAHs were consistent with that of the total amount of PAHs. CaCO3 could maximumly reduced the TEQ of 16 kinds of PAHs at 850℃ and 2:1 of Ca-S ratio.
