| Abstract: | The resourees and environment are fundamental conditions for existence, reproduction and development of human being, but shortage of resources, environmental pollution and ecological deterioration have become serious threatening for development of human being. The limitation and mass use of global conventional energy make them exhausted, and there are a lot of associated environmental problems in the processes of exploitation, transforming, processing, transportation and utiLization. The wind power is renewable, never exhausted, no - pollution, safe and reliable, it must be rising in the field of energy industry. |
