| 摘 要： | 转炉汽化冷却系统的安全稳定运行对于转炉实现高产、稳产是非常重要的,在连续生产过程中影响汽化冷却系统安全运行的因素较多,但常见的问题可以概括为"腐蚀、结垢、堵塞、操作"4类.结合现场实际对这4类问题提出了具体的解决对策,经过实践完善后取得了较好的效果.

| Abstract: | The safe and stable running of converter vaporized cooling system is very important to the realization of high and stable output.There are many factors affecting the safe and stable running in continuous production,but the commonly seen problems can be summarized as four kinds: decay,filth,stop and operation.The concrete solutions to the four kinds of problems are put forward based on the site practice and good results have been obtained. |
