环境监测人力资源初探

摘    要:通过对先进省市环境监测站人力资源的调研、比较。阐述了江苏省环境监测中心人力资源具有的优势特色:合同制员工较多、学历构成良好、队伍结构年轻化。同时通过比较,发现了江苏存在的人才流失、中高级技术职称人员偏少、评聘未分开等问题,提出了解决办法。最后,针对环境监测系统如何加强人力资源建设提出了增加编制、完善培训机制、构筑核心员工人力资源、加强团队和企业文化建设四点建议。

Abstract:By comparing with advanced environmental monitoring stations, human resources advantages of Jiangsu Province Environmental Monitoring Center are expounded, such as more contract system employees, good educational background structure and young team. At the same time, there are some problems, for example, loss of human resources, lack of middle and senior professional title members, separating appraisement and retaining. Finally, aiming at how to enhance human resource construction, the article advanced four suggestions.
