| Abstract: | With the expansion of global forest carbon sink market share, by virtue of the inherent advantages of resources, location, etc. , marke prospects for the development of forest carbon sinks in Heilongjiang Province was considerable. Based on market principles and organizational frane- work envisaged, according to market positioning and product segments, this article conducted a feasibility and stage design for the development of forest carbon exchange markets in Heilongjiang Province, and finally provided the appropriate protection mechanisms in order to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for the operation of forest carbon markets in Heilongjiang Province |
