| 摘 要： | 选用脱氢酶活性（DHA）作为反映活性污泥系统微生物活性的指标，并系统考察了环境因素，负荷等对DHA的影响，实验结果表明，DHA能快速，准胡地反映污泥的活性，该指标在污水厂的运行控制中有良好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Dehydrogenase activity(DHA)was used as an indicator to assess the microbial viability of activated sludge. Effects of different environmental factors (including pollutant load) on DHA was also studied. It was found that DHA assay was a rapid and reliable way to measure the activity of activated sludge and the applicatility of DHA information in activated sludge plants is promising. |
