摘    要:介绍生物免疫识别模式,分析事故预防过程的实质是抑制潜在危险转化成事故的控制过程,分析比较事故预防与生物免疫识别模式在作用、生存环境、动作触发源等的共性,构建了基于免疫识别模式的事故预防系统并建立了事故预防数学模型;定义事故预防系统的识别率、失效率、误判率并给出了数学表达式,指出监测生产系统各环节状态信息是否符合系统的安全要求就是识别潜在危险的过程,是事故预防的关键,基于人工免疫原理的事故预防数学模型具有较强的健壮性、自适应性和动态防护性等特点。

Abstract:The recognition mode of biological immunity is introduced, and the essence of accident prevention process, which is to prevent the potential hazards from turning into accidents, is analyzed. By comparing the similarities of both the accident prevention and the recognition mode of biological immunity in role, living environment and action triggering sources, the accident prevention system based on the immunity recognition mode is constructed and corresponding mathematic model is established. Finally, the recognition rate, failure rate and misjudgment rate of the accident prevention system are defined and corresponding mathematic formulations are presented. It is pointed out that monitoring the status information of all parts of the production system and judging whether they meet the safety requirements of the system or not is not only a process of potential hazard identification, but also a key of accident prevention. The mathematic model of accident prevention based on the artificial immunity theory is characteristic of robustness, self-adaptiveness and dynamic protectiveness, etc..
